Motorbike renters must have a valid driver’s license that permits them to operate the specific type of motorbike being rented.

The rental company will keep one of the customer’s personal identity documents. This can be one of the following: Citizen ID card, driver’s license, vehicle registration under the renter’s name, or other documents as agreed upon between the rental company and the renter.

Additionally, customers can leave a cash deposit of 2 million VND instead of personal identification documents. The deposit will be fully refunded when the vehicle is returned.

Renting a motorbike at JOHNNY TRAN does not require a mandatory cash deposit, provided that customers meet our rental conditions.

We currently offer free vehicle delivery within a 3km radius from the store to the customer’s location. Outside of this radius, a delivery fee will apply.
